Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account to see CloudyVoice rates?

No. The full directory of 19,172 prefix routes across 259 destinations is public and searchable without registering.

What is the minimum top-up?

$29. Accounts are prepaid with no subscription, no monthly commitment and no minimum spend. Balance does not expire while the account is active.

How do I pay CloudyVoice?

By cryptocurrency: Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT on ERC-20 and USDT on TRC-20. Each invoice locks a conversion rate for 30 minutes and credits your wallet automatically once the transaction reaches the required confirmations.

Which platforms can connect to CloudyVoice?

Any SIP-capable softphone, IP phone, PBX, gateway or dialer — including Zoiper, MicroSIP, Linphone, Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, ViciDial, VOS3000 and 3CX. Registration or IP authentication are both supported.

Does CloudyVoice review traffic before enabling routes?

Yes. Non-compliant traffic gets routes blocked at carrier level, which degrades service for every customer sharing them. Review confirms your destinations, expected volume and lawful use case.

What is the difference between SIP trunking and SIP termination?

A SIP trunk is the connection between your PBX, dialer or softswitch and CloudyVoice. SIP termination is the service delivered over that trunk — completing your outbound calls to the destination network. You need a trunk to reach termination; the two pages on this site cover each half separately.
