VICIdial
Trunk a VICIdial installation for outbound campaigns via SIP registration or IP authentication. See the VICIdial installation guide for the full setup.
SIP trunking and A–Z termination sized for call-centre and predictive-dialer traffic patterns — VICIdial, Asterisk and FreeSWITCH connectivity, channel and CPS planning, and route testing before you scale a campaign.

Standard SIP trunk configuration on either PBX platform — no proprietary integration required.
For BPOs and agencies routing multiple campaigns or client accounts through a dedicated VOS3000 deployment.
Any SIP-capable dialer or hosted PBX can trunk in the same way — registration or static IP, whichever it supports.
A predictive or power dialer generates calls at a rate measured in calls per second (CPS), which can breach carrier limits long before concurrent channels do — channels and CPS are agreed separately, both against your expected peak rather than your daily average. Once live, judge a route by ASR (answer-seizure ratio), ACD (average call duration) and PDD (post-dial delay) rather than the headline rate alone — a cheap route with poor ASR costs more per connected minute than it appears to. The route-quality guide explains how to measure all three, and call-centre KPIs that actually matter covers the operational side.
Billing increments matter more on short, high-volume dialer calls than on long support calls — check whether a route bills 1/1, 60/1 or 60/60 before comparing headline rates. Secondary routing (failover) is available on wholesale and VOS-backed accounts so a single carrier rejecting or degrading traffic does not stop a campaign outright; ask during onboarding for your specific destinations.
Caller ID presentation on any route is subject to what the destination network supports and permits, and to the law in that jurisdiction — CloudyVoice does not support or promote caller ID spoofing intended to mislead a called party. Outbound routes are enabled after traffic review confirms your destinations, expected volume and lawful use case, per the acceptable use policy; this covers consent, do-not-call scrubbing and calling-hours compliance, none of which this page can substitute for legal advice. The compliance guide covers TCPA, DNC and GDPR basics for outbound campaigns.
The connection your dialer or PBX registers to before it can place a single call.
Volume A–Z rates for a call centre buying capacity directly rather than through a reseller.
For BPOs and agencies reselling outbound capacity to their own clients under their own brand.
Yes — VICIdial connects like any other SIP platform, by registration or static IP authentication. The VICIdial installation guide covers the full carrier setup step by step.
Both are agreed per account against your expected peak — a dialer’s CPS can breach carrier limits well before its channel count does, so both are sized deliberately rather than assumed from your average call volume.
ASR (answer-seizure ratio) is the share of calls that connect; ACD (average call duration) is how long connected calls last; PDD (post-dial delay) is how long a caller waits before ringing or answer. Together they show whether a cheap route is actually cheap once failed and short calls are accounted for — the route-quality guide explains how to measure each one.
Secondary routing is available on wholesale and VOS-backed accounts. Availability per destination is confirmed during onboarding.
No. Caller ID behaviour follows what the destination network supports and permits, and CloudyVoice does not support caller ID spoofing intended to mislead a called party.
No monthly commitment. Accounts are prepaid with a $29 minimum top-up.
Send your destinations, expected daily minutes, traffic type and platform. We will come back with a route recommendation and a test plan.
