We provision a dedicated server, install the latest stable VICIdial release, harden it, and configure your first campaign, lists, agents and DIDs so your team can log in and work on day one. Ideal for a first call-centre deployment or a small team of 5 to 10 agents. The monthly fee covers the server, updates, daily backups and monitoring; the one-time installation fee covers the build and handover session. Connect it to our VoIP routes or bring your own carrier.
